Web Browser

Use the Web Browser to view web pages or files on your local computer. From the browser, you can view the following:

• Release notes

• Excel files

• Any web page

• Directories or files

To access the Web Browser

• Enter a search term in the Quick Search field and click .

  

• To search another site, click and select an option.
• To go to the Toad for SQL Server Community site, select Help | User Forum.

Tips:

• You can view the progress of a page loading in a progress bar located on the lower right side of the status bar. While loading, you can click the progress bar to open the Background Processes window. See Stop Background Processes for more information.

• You can customize the page that loads on startup in Tools | Options | Environment | General.
