Commit and Roll Back Changes

If you have tabs or windows open for other connections, commits and rollbacks for those connections are not applied to the current connection nor are they applied to the other connections.

To commit or roll back changes

Click or on the status bar.

Tips:

• You can enable or disable auto commit for the current connection by selecting the drop-down on the status bar:

  

• You can specify a global option to enable or disable auto commit by default in Tools | Options | Database | General.
• The auto commit option does not affect the DOE (Dialog Object Editor), it applies to Editor only.
