Define Conditional Styles

To define a conditional style

  1. Right-click anywhere in the pivot grid and select Conditional Styles.

  2. Click Add.  

  3. Review the following for additional information:

    Field

    Select the field you want to modify.

    Note: If this is a different field than the default, the field name in the Display Conditions pane does not update until you click OK.

    Value

    Enter a value for which the condition should apply.

    Apply to cells

    Select whether to apply this condition to cells.

    Apply to subtotals

    Select whether to add a subtotal to cells.

    Apply to grand total

    Select whether to add a total for all cells.
