View RSS Feeds and Tweets

This topic focuses on information that may be unfamiliar to you. It does not include all step and field descriptions.

To view RSS feeds and tweets

  1. Configure your Twitter account to view Toad tweets and add RSS feeds. See Collaboration Options for more information.

  2. Select View | Collaboration (ALT+V+T).

  3. To view a posting, double-click it from the list. You can also hover over a posting in the list to view it.

  4. To post to an RSS feed, click to compose a a new post to an RSS feed. If you have multiple feeds defined, you can click the arrow beside the icon to select one.
  5. To tweet, complete the following: 

    1. Select a tweet from the list and enter your reply in the field at the bottom of the window. For a new tweet, you do not need to select a tweet from the list.

    2. Click .

    Tip: You can include a screen capture of Toad with your tweet by clicking . When you click , a preview of the screen capture displays, and you can confirm whether you want to include it with the tweet.
