Set Alert Options

When you create or alter an alert, use the Options page to define notification messages and delays between responses.

Note: This topic focuses on information that may be unfamiliar to you. It does not include all step and field descriptions.

To set alert options

Complete the fields as necessary. Review the following for additional information:

Include alert error text in

Select the checkbox beside each notification method you want to include the alert text.

Additional notification message to send

Enter any additional information you want to include in the alert notification in the field.

Maximum characters: 512

Delay between responses

Enter the number of minutes and seconds that will elapse before sending notifications.
