View Alert History

This topic focuses on information that may be unfamiliar to you. It does not include all step and field descriptions.

Note: This option is only available when altering alerts.

To view alert history

  1. Select Alerts from the Agent node in the Object Explorer.

  2. Click , and select the History page.

  1. Review the following for additional information:

    Date of last alert

    Displays the date the last alert occurred.

    Date of last response

    Displays the date the last response was sent to an operator.

    Number of occurrences

    Displays the number of times the alert was triggered.

  1. Click Reset to reset the number of occurrences to 0.
